The App uses Apple's MusicKit framework solely to display album artwork for the memory matching game. This integration:

• Does not access your listening history or playlists
• Does not require an Apple Music subscription
• Caches artwork locally on your device for performance
Local Data Storage
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
• High scores and game statistics
• Cached album artwork (to reduce network usage)
This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any servers.
Third-Party Services
The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service used is Apple's MusicKit for album artwork, which is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
